Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our quality management and technical support department focuses deeply on the whole-life-cycle quality control of high-speed roll shutter doors, industrial doors, and garage doors. Composed of backbones with professional knowledge of the door industry and rich quality inspection experience, it strictly controls the whole process from incoming raw material inspection, patrol inspection during the production process, to finished product performance testing. The technical support team can quickly respond to product technical questions.
Quality Control Procedures
For raw materials such as curtain fabrics, motors, and hardware accessories used in high-speed roll-up doors, industrial doors, we strictly review suppliers' qualifications. Upon entry into the factory, multi-dimensional inspections are conducted to ensure the materials meet the needs of door durability, safety, and other requirements. During the door production process, QC personnel conduct regular inspections.
